Shipping
We will strive to have your order out within 3 business days. Please contact us if you need special arrangements or if your require international shipping.
If you are ordering from outside the United States, you may need to pay additional shipping. Inf this is the case we will contact you with the new total. If you are not satisfied at that time, you may cancel your order. We do our best to make you happy!
Your order will be shipped to you through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Some items are drop shipped from our suppliers. If this is the case with some of the items in your order, you will be notified.
Returns
Your orders are double checked. Contact us if there is a problem with your order. Returns of unused and unwashed items is available 14 days from the date of purchase.
Backorders
We are human. At times the shopping cart will say something is available, when in fact, it is not. If this happens we will contact you to arrange a substitution, refund or let you know how long an item will take to arrive.
